1. 錢生錢：Money begets/breeds/draws/gets.
Eg. What’s the key to make money? 掙錢的祕訣是什麼呢？
Money gets. 讓錢生錢。
2. 錢也有好壞？
good/bad money: 也就是能/不能生錢的錢~~
We heard he had earned good money on cotton futures.
我們聽說他幹棉花期貨賺了大錢。
3. Millionaire/billionaire: 百萬/億萬富翁
money bag/money-grubber 守財奴
lavisher 揮霍者
blue their money：胡亂揮霍
make the money fly：揮金如土
spend money like water: 花錢如流水
4. Money burn a hole in one’s pocket. 有了錢就急於要花掉。

7. 說到錢不得不提一下grand
grand：重要的，輝煌的
如a grand mountain/mistake 雄偉的山峯/很大的錯誤
grandmaster: 大師
a grand piano 大鋼琴；而 baby grand 是袖珍鋼琴，而不是用small哦~~
另外，grand在英式英語中還表示“一千英鎊”，在美式中是“一千美元”。
8. 關於硬幣
正面是head，背面是tail
打賭的人常說head or tail。而make head or tail of sth. 是弄清楚某事的意思。例如：
She couldn’t make head or tail of it.
她對此一無所知。
