我國首次發表《中國的中醫藥》白皮書

The State Council Information Office issued its first white paper on the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in China last Tuesday, detailing policies and measures on TCM development and highlighting its unique value in the new era.

國務院新聞辦上週二發表了首部關於我國中醫藥發展的白皮書，明確了中醫藥發展的各項政策和措施，突出了中醫藥在新時代的獨特價值。

The paper, "Traditional Chinese Medicine in China", said TCM has spread to 183 countries and regions.

據這本名爲《中國的中醫藥》的白皮書介紹，中醫藥已傳播到183個國家和地區。

Statistics collected at the end of 2015 show that there were 3,966 TCM hospitals across the country, and the number of practitioners and assistant practitioners of TCM reached 452,000.

2015年年底收集的數據顯示，全國共有中醫類醫院3966所，中醫類別執業醫師及助理醫師達45.2萬人。

There were 910 million visits in 2015 to TCM medical and health service units across the country.

2015年全國中醫類醫療衛生服務機構總診療人次達9.1億。

In addition to making contribution to the prevention and treatment of comMon, endemic and difficult diseases, TCM has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of major epidemics, such as SARS, HIV/AIDS, and Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, it said.

這本白皮書指出，除了爲常見病、疑難病的防治做出貢獻之外，中醫藥在防治重大疫病，如非典型肺炎、艾滋病、手足口病的過程中也發揮了重要作用。

The medical care services provided by TCM institutions in the national total increased from 14.3 percent to 15.7 percent from 2009 to 2015, official statistics show.

根據官方統計數據顯示，在2009年至2015年期間，中醫藥醫療機構診療服務量佔國家醫療服務總量由14.3%上升到了15.7%。

In 2015, out-patient expenses per visit and in-patient expenses per capita at public TCM hospitals were 11.5 percent and 24 percent lower than those at general public hospitals, respectively.

在2015年，公立中醫類醫院比一般公立醫院門診次均費用低11.5%，而住院人均費用則要低24%。
