職場英語日記 第54期:直言勸諫
I feel like I have been a bad friend to Anna lately. BUt every time I talk to her she makes me feel so frustrated and upset. She is on again,off again with that guy she just can't see that he is treating her like garbage. He ridicules her and orders her around like she is his maid or something.
我覺得自己最近對安娜不太夠朋友，可是每次和她講話，她都會讓我覺得泄氣、很煩躁。她和那傢伙一直分分合合，就是看不出他根本把她看得一文不值。他不僅會嘲笑她，還會當她是女僕似的差遣來差遣去。
She used to be so confident and fun but now she always looks anxious and insecure. I finally told her what I really think. I told her how rude he was at the bar that night and I said I was upset that she just ignored me as soon as he arrived.
她以前那麼有自信、那麼風趣，現在看起來卻老是一副焦慮不安的樣子。我終於把自己真實的想法告訴了她。我跟她說他那天晚上在酒吧對我如何不禮貌，又說他一來她就不理我讓我覺得不太高興。I told her I am tried of hearing about him and I think she should just forget him because he is bad news, I was probably a bit blunt, but I needed her to hear how I feel. I think he is mean to her and she deserves better.
我告訴她我厭倦再聽到他的事，而且覺得她應該把他忘了，因爲他根本是個壞蛋。也許我講話太直了，但我總得讓她知道我的感覺才行。我覺得他對她很不好，她值得有人對她更好纔對。
She said she noticed I have been distant with her lately and she didn't realize that she has been acting like that. She apologized and I told her it was okey. I said I am just worried about her and want her to stop seeing him. I don't know if she'll listen to me. I hope so.
她說注意到我最近有點疏遠她，而且不明白自己居然做了蠢事。她向我道歉，我跟她說沒事啦，只是有點擔心，希望她不要再和他來往。我不知道她會不會聽我的，希望會囉。
