First, don't keep your eyes work for a long time. You'd better have a rest by looking in the long distance after you have studied an hour or so.

首先，不要讓你的眼睛工作太長。你最好看一看遠處來讓眼睛休息一下在你學習了一個小時左右後。

Secondly, pay attention to the following: Don't read in the sun or in a poor light; don't read in bed or in a moving bus. And when you read you should keep the book away from your eyes for about a foot.

第二，注意以下的：不要在太陽底下或者燈光微弱的地方看書。不要在牀上或者開着的車上看書。看書的時候應該讓眼睛和書保持一英尺的距離。

And thirdly, do eye-exercises every day. It will also help you keep good eyesight.

I always think there is not enough time. For example, I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back, I just feel that it’s only one day. There goes a proverb, “Time is money”. Now I want to say, time is more precious than money, because when money is spent, we can earn some more again. However, when time is gone or lost, never will it return.

我總覺得時間不夠。例如，我剛休了三天的假期。但是，當我往回看時，我感覺只有一天。有句諺語說，“時間就是金錢”。現在我想說，時間比金錢更珍貴，因爲錢花完了我們可以再掙，可是，時間沒了就永遠都回不來了。

Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it’s a pity that I am always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.

時間在不知不覺中就過去了。我們學習和工作的時間通常是有限的。所以，我覺得我們必須要充分利用時間。但是，很遺憾的是，我總是沒意識到時間的重要性，直到已經太遲了才發現。

So I think, I should get into the good habit of saving time because wasting time is equal to wasting one’s life. Do not put off what can be done today till tomorrow!

因此，我覺得我應該養成節約時間的習慣，因爲浪費時間就是浪費金錢。不要把今天能做的事情推到明天。
