張璐，出生於1977年，外交學院1996級國際法系學生。2010年3月14日，她接替資深翻譯費勝潮，第一次出現在溫總理兩會記者會。這位外交部翻譯室英文處副處長是胡錦濤、溫家寶的首席翻譯。
