1.在第一次與客戶見面時使用的招呼語

Good morning/afternoon, Mr./Ms. __________.

Welcome to our company.

It’s nice to meet you in person, at last!

2.自我介紹

My name is__________, I’m (+ occupation in your company). It’s a pleasure having you with us.

3.想開啓此次出差旅程話題時

How was your trip?

Did you have a good flight?

Is this your first time in____________?

Or: Have you ever been here before?

4.當收到客戶的正面回覆時

That’s great! I’m glad to hear that.

5.當收到客戶的負面想法時

Oh, I’m sorry. But is everything all right now? Is there anything we can do for you?

6.提出協助

Don’t hesitate to ask me if you need anything.

If I can help you in anyway, please let me know.

7.當您想了解客戶會在您的城市停留多久

How long are you staying?

8.當客戶自行抵達您的辦公室時

Did you find your way here easily?

9.若是在您到車站親自接送的情況下

Did you enjoy your train trip?

We’d better make our way to the office.

10.詢問是否需要飲料解渴時

Would you like something to drink?

Can I offer you something to drink, maybe some tea or a cup of coffee?

A bottle of still water? /sparkling water?

11.想邀請客戶一起共進午餐或晚餐

I would like to invite you to have lunch.

I would like to invite you to have dinner.

12.當客戶提出是否能提供接送服務

I can pick you up at (+time). Would it be OK for you?

I’ll meet you in the lobby at (+ time).

13.當您想推薦客戶品嚐當地特色料理時

This is a local dish.

14.若您想要爲客戶介紹某人

I would like to introduce you to Mr._________/Mrs_____________/Miss_____________.

15.詢問工作時間是否能夠提早或是延後

Would you mind if we started earlier/later than scheduled tomorrow ?

16.在最後一天道別時

It was great having you with us. Thanks for coming.

Have a pleasant journey!

Have a lovely trip back home.
