特朗普就職典禮指南大綱
美國第45任總統唐納德•特朗普將於當地時間1月20日宣誓就職。離任總統奧巴馬和前總統克林頓夫婦都將出席就職典禮。侃爺、埃爾頓•約翰、安德烈•波切利等演藝明星都不會出現在就職典禮的表演臺上。
就職典禮什麼時間開始？都有哪些流程？請接着往下看。
就職典禮前一天
President-elect Donald Trump and vice-president elect Mike Pence will lay a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery on January 19. This will be followed by a "Make America Great Again!" welcome concert at the Lincoln MeMorial.
候任總統特朗普和候任副總統彭斯1月19日會在阿靈頓國家公墓參加敬獻花圈紀念儀式。之後，林肯紀念堂會舉辦“讓美國再次偉大”歡迎音樂會。
就職典禮的時間和地點
Trumps inauguration to become president takes place at noon local time on Friday 20th January.
特朗普的總統就職典禮於當地時間1月20日週五中午（北京時間當日午夜）舉行。
The main ceremony is held at the White House, followed by a number of Inaugural Balls across the city of Washington DC.
典禮主要的儀式在白宮舉行，之後的就職典禮舞會等活動將在華盛頓特區的其他地方舉行。
The official swearing-in ceremony occurs on the steps in front of the Capitol.
正式的宣誓儀式在國會大廈前的臺階上舉行。
宣誓就職
At noon local time on January 20, Donald Trump will take the Oath of Office and be sworn in as America’s 45th president.
當地時間1月20日中午，特朗普進行就職宣誓，成爲美國第45任總統。
Chief Justice John Roberts of the US Supreme Court will administer the oath on the steps of the United States Capitol Building.
美國最高法院大法官約翰•羅伯茨將在美國國會大廈前的臺階上監督宣誓過程。
宣誓的誓詞大概是這樣的：
I Donald J Trump, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, so help me God.
我，唐納德•J•特朗普，謹莊嚴宣誓，我必忠實執行合衆國總統職務，竭盡全力，恪守、維護和捍衛合衆國憲法。願上帝助我。
副總統彭斯會在特朗普之前宣誓。
就職演說
After the swearing in, Mr Trump will give a speech that will, as all inaugural addresses are, be recorded in the pages of history.
宣誓就職之後，特朗普將發表就職演說，而且和所有的就職演說一樣，將被載入史冊。
If Mr Trump follows Mr Obama’s example, the speech will be about 20 minutes in length.
如果特朗普參照奧巴馬的前例，就職演說大概會持續20分鐘。

離任總統會出席就職典禮嗎？
It is customary for the outgoing president to attend the inauguration of the incoming president, however, it is not compulsory.
按照慣例，離任總統會參加新任總統的就職典禮，不過這也不是強制的。
President Obama is expected to be there at Donald Trump's inauguration on Friday, but if he does not, then he would be the first president for 96 years to make such a snub.
奧巴馬應該會出席特朗普的就職典禮，不過，如果他不出現，那麼他將是96年來第一位做出如此怠慢行爲的總統。
典禮活動
Prior to Mr Trump’s address there will probably be musical performances and words from religious leaders.
特朗普發表就職演說之前可能會有一些音樂表演，還會有宗教領袖講話。
Afterwards, there will be a departure ceremony for Mr Obama as his family.
演說之後，會爲奧巴馬一家舉行歡送儀式。
Mr Trump will then attend the traditional Congressional luncheon and take part in the inaugural parade.
接下來，特朗普會參加傳統的國會午餐會，參加就職遊行。
His motorcade will travel down Pennsylvania Avenue from the Capitol to the White House, with well wishers and protesters lining the streets.
他的車隊將從國會大廈出發，沿着賓夕法尼亞大街行進一直到達白宮，沿途會有支持者們的祝福和反對者們的抗議。
插播一條，離任總統在白宮的最後一天都幹啥？
一般來說，離任總統在白宮的最後一天會做五件事：
1. 簽署赦免令
基本上，總統有權赦免美國境內犯有任何罪行的任何人，被彈劾的除外。
克林頓在任內最後一天赦免了140人，其中包括一位主要的競選贊助人，頗受爭議。引發更大爭議的是福特總統，他赦免了前總統尼克松，此舉可能讓他面臨刑事審判。
據說，奧巴馬手裏有1400人的請求赦免申請，其中包括斯諾登。如果他爲希拉里簽署一份全面赦免令以保護他免受起訴，會有點不尋常，但也不是沒有前例。
2. 歡迎新任總統
奧巴馬一家會在白宮招待特朗普一家喝咖啡。
3. 給新任總統留張字條
離任總統會給繼任者留張字條，不過內容通常都是保密的。
4. 出席就職典禮
奧巴馬一家會出席特朗普總統的就職典禮。
5. 乘坐直升機離開華盛頓
自1974年起，每一位離任總統都是乘坐直升機離開就職典禮飛往安德魯斯空軍基地，然後從那裏乘機飛回老家。
不過，奧巴馬一家將會留在華盛頓等孩子從學校畢業，所以，今年的告別路線可能會有不同。
就職舞會
Across Washington DC inaugural balls will be held to mark Mr Trump's ascent to the presidency. They will feature dancing and entertainment and appearances by President and First Lady Trump, and Vice President and Mrs. Pence.
華盛頓特區各地將舉辦就職舞會慶祝特朗普就任總統，屆時會有跳舞及其他娛樂活動，總統夫婦及副總統夫婦都將出席。
娛樂活動
大牌明星都不願意到特朗普的就職典禮表演，總統就職委員會主席湯姆•巴拉克表示，特朗普的就職典禮“沒有那種類型的娛樂活動。不過，也不是完全沒有人表演。比如，下面這些。
The Radio City Rockettes 無線電城踢踏舞團
這個踢踏舞團成立於1932年，小布什的兩次就職典禮都有他們的表演，這次也將爲特朗普的就職典禮獻上演出。
Jackie Evancho 潔姬•伊萬可
潔姬•伊萬可，生於2000年，古典跨界唱法（Classical crossover）的著名童星，2010年參加第五屆美國達人秀獲得亞軍。
The Mormon Tabernacle Choir 摩門神龕聖樂團
該樂團由360名來自於摩門聖殿的男女教民組成，樂團網站信息顯示，他們曾經參加過五次總統就職典禮表演，最近的一次是2001年小布什的就職典禮。
就職典禮第二天
Washington National Cathedral will host a Presidential Inaugural Prayer Service on January 21. It is a tradition dating back to Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s first inauguration in 1933. Bill Clinton, however, chose the Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal church, the historic black church in downtown Washington, for both of his inaugural prayer services.
1月21日，華盛頓國家大教堂將舉行總統就職禱告儀式。這是從前總統羅斯福1933年首次就職典禮時就延續下來的傳統。不過，克林頓的兩次就職禱告儀式都選在華盛頓市中心的黑人教堂——都會非裔衛理公會教堂舉行。
