女性創業者指數發佈 中國女企業家成績顯著

Up to 30.9% of business owners in China are women, which gives the country eighth rank globally, according to the inaugural Mastercard Index of Women Entrepreneurs.
萬事達卡公司日前首次發佈的全球女性創業者指數顯示，中國的女性企業家比例高達30.9%，位列全球第8。

Mastercard Inc said women in China are making solid inroads into knowledge assets and financial assets.
萬事達卡稱，中國女性正以堅實的步伐進入知識資產與金融資產領域。

Not only are they as educated as their male counterparts in both secondary and tertiary education but just as inspired and motivated to pursue new business opportunities.
她們不僅接受了和男性相同程度的中高等教育，且在追求新商機方面也同樣不甘落後。

The index showed that 60.1% of female business owners in China are pursuing opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, compared with 39.9% for necessity-driven entrepreneurship due to the lack of employment opportunities.
該指數顯示， 60.1%的中國女性企業家追求"機會型創業"，而因缺乏就業機會而進行"生存型創業"的佔39.9%。

Their pursuit of success and independence, and their desire for recognition, are driven and supported by the strong cultural acceptance of women entrepreneurs in the country and a high level of financial inclusion, it said.
該指數稱，中國對女性創業者較高的文化接受度及較高的普惠金融水平，在她們追求成功、獨立和社會認可的過程中起到了推動和支持的作用。
