President Barack Obama and Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney met in Hempstead, New York Tuesday evening for the second of three presidential debates, moderated by CNN Chief Political Correspondent Candy Crowley.
北京時間今早9時開始，美國總統奧巴馬和共和黨候選人羅姆尼紐在約州霍夫斯特拉大學舉行的第二場總統候選人辯論中再次交鋒，今日90分鐘的辯論將由CNN首席政治記者坎迪-克羅利主持。

Second presidential debate: The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Candidates each will have two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization.
總統候選人第二場辯論：第二場辯論將採取市政廳選民大會的形式，民衆就國際和國內議題向候選人提問，每位候選人都有2分鐘的回答時間，主持人也有1分鐘的時間幫助促進討論。參與者將是由蓋洛普諮詢公司選擇仍未確定投票意向的選民（此次共有80人）。

Format: The moderator will call on members of the audience (and draw questions from the internet). Each candidate will have 2 minutes to respond to each question. Following those initial answers, the moderator will invite the candidates to respond to the previous answers, for a total of 1 minute, ensuring that both candidates receive an equal amount of time to comment. In the spirit of the Town Hall, all questions will come from the audience (or internet), and not the moderator.
市政廳辯論模式具體流程：主持人會抽取觀衆中的一員來提問（也會從網絡上抽取問題），每位候選人都有2分鐘的時間來回答每個問題。在觀衆的最初提問後，主持人也有一分鐘的時間來幫助候選人繼續討論之前的回答，並保證每位候選人都有同樣多的回答時間。根據市政廳選民大會的精神，所有的問題都是由觀衆提出的（或來源網絡），而非主持人。
