我國公安部推出最新民警執法規範

Police officers across China last Tuesday started an interactive training program on upgraded duty protocol, in a bid to prevent abuse of power.

全國民警於上週二開始進行一項旨在提升執法禮儀的交互式培訓項目，從而避免濫用職權。

The program mainly focused on duties involving close contact with the public, according to a statement released from the Ministry of Public Security.

公安部發表的聲明稱，該培訓項目主要將重點放在涉及民警與民衆近距離接觸的執法行爲上。

Officers were instructed to always carry their police ID while on duty and, when encountering obstruction, videotape the whole interaction.

根據指示，民警執法時應隨身攜帶警察證。當執法遇阻時，要將整個交互過程錄製下來。

When suspects, or those associated with them, resist law enforcement, officers were directed to use mild disengagement and restraint maneuvers instead of physical assault.

當執法對象或與其相關的人員抗拒執法時，民警被要求平和地脫身並剋制地周旋，不要進行身體攻擊。

The new protocols are more detailed and practical than previous versions and were informed by recent successful practice, the ministry said.

公安部表示，這一新規範比以前的版本更詳細和實用，並獲悉已在最近的實踐中成功實行。

The ministry also plans to roll out a supervision mechanism to ensure police officers follow the new protocols, the statement said.

此外，該聲明指出，公安部還計劃推出一項監督機制以確保民警遵守新的禮儀規範。
