表達難點：
1.第2句“風能既清潔……，所以……”可譯爲主從複合句，將後半句處理爲so等引導的結果狀語從句，也可將前半句處理成原因狀語.表達爲(being) clean and renewable。
2.在第3句中，前半句“我國的風力資源極爲豐富”明顯是句子的重點，故處理成主句，後半句爲補充說明，處理爲狀語，用介詞with加上獨立主格結構表達出來，譯作China boasts... with the average wind speed faster...。謂語boast表示“自豪地擁有”。
3.第4句“早在......，中國就開始了......”可直譯爲 China began its efforts to develop wind power as early as the 1970s，但譯文的表達更能體現出“時間的久遠性”。
4.倒數第2句中的“成爲風力發電的第一大國”表結果，故將其處理成結果狀語，用分詞短語making China the biggest giant in wind power來表達。注意不能直接譯爲becoming the biggest...，因爲句子的主語是“風電裝機容量”而不是“中國”，所以在翻譯前，應轉換原文爲“使中國成爲……”。
