Mortgages
相對於無抵押貸款，我們更多的商業貸款還是 Mortgages（抵押貸款）。
Mortgages是向家庭或企業發放的用於購置房屋、土地或者其他建築物的貸款，這些建築物或者土地即爲貸款的抵押品。在美國，抵押貸款市場是最大的債券市場。
我們來看2個例句：
It isn't all that surprising to hear that men take more risks: Just look at all the male executives who loaded up on subprime mortgages.
男人更願意冒險之說並不怎麼出人意料：只需看看那些製造了大量次級按揭貸款的男性高管就可以了。
Many of these people have stories to tell of being duped into taking on mortgages that they did not understand and could not afford.
其中許多人都稱都欺騙去借了他們既不瞭解也不能負擔的抵押貸款。
