穆迪下調日本信用評級
Moody's has cut Japan's credit rating one notch to A1 – only the fifth-best investment grade - sending the yen to a new seven year low against the dollar.
穆迪(Moody's)將日本的信用評級下調一級，降至A1級，這一級別在投資級評級裏只排第五。此舉令日元兌美元匯率跌至新的七年內最低點。The rating agency said that the downgrade was triggered by rising uncertainty over the success of prime minister Shinzo Abe's drastic economic, fiscal and monetary reforms – dubbed "Abenomics".
該評級機構表示，引發這次降級的原因是“安倍經濟學(Abenomics)”能否成功的不確定性日益增加。所謂“安倍經濟學”，是指日本首相安倍晉三(Shinzo Abe)推行的激進的經濟、財政及貨幣改革舉措。

穆迪表示，調降日本評級的原因是：htened uncertainty over the achievability of fiscal deficit reduction goals;
1.日本實現減赤目標的不確定性加大；rtainty over the timing and effectiveness of growth enhancing policy measures, against a background of deflationary pressures; and
2.在通縮壓力下，日本促增長政策的時機和效果充滿不確定性；consequence, increased risk of rising JGB yields and reduced debt affordability over the medium term.
3.在上述不確定性的影響下，日本中長期國債收益率攀升和債務負擔能力降低的風險加大。
