亞投行連獲穆迪惠譽最高評級 評級展望爲穩定

The Fitch Ratings announced that it has assigned the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) its highest credit rating and a stable outlook.

惠譽評級近日宣佈，給予亞洲基礎設施投資銀行（亞投行）最高信用評級，評級展望爲穩定。

Fitch provided the AIIB with a long-term issuer default rating of AAA and a short-term issuer default rating of F1+, based on the bank's "existing and expected intrinsic strengths."

惠譽基於亞投行“現有和預期的固有優勢”，予以該行AAA長期發行人違約評級和F1+短期發行人違約評級。

It was the AIIB's second top-notch credit rating in two weeks.

這是亞投行在兩週內獲得的第二個最高級別的信用評級。

Previously, Moody's Investors Service assigned the AIIB a long-term foreign currency issuer rating of AAA and a short-term foreign currency issuer rating of Prime-1 with a stable outlook.

此前，穆迪投資者服務公司授予亞投行AAA長期外匯發行人評級，以及評級展望爲“穩定”的Prime-1短期外匯發行人評級。

Fitch said the AIIB has been endowed with a substantial capital base that will support its projected rapid expansion in lending, while its exposure to risk being mitigated by a comprehensive set of policies and high-quality governance.

惠譽方面稱，亞投行擁有一個可觀的資本基礎，這將幫助借貸活動按預期迅速擴張，而一系列政策和高質量的管理也將會降低風險。

"The rating is very critical for our positioning in international capital markets," said Soren Elbech, treasurer of the AIIB. "It puts us at the very level of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund," Elbech said.

亞投行司庫瑟倫·埃爾貝克表示：“這一評級對我們在國際資本市場的地位至關重要。它把我們同世界銀行和國際貨幣基金組織放在同一水平上。”
