萬達集團否認王健林怒斥"馬德里政府待我像狗"

China's major real estate developer Wanda Group has rejected the authenticity of a media report about its chairman Wang Jianlin's alleged comments about the Madrid government.

近日，中國房地產開發巨頭萬達集團否認了一篇關於董事長王健林評論馬德里政府的的媒體報道的真實性。

China's online news portal reported on Thursday that Wang Jianlin complained about the way that he was treated by the Madrid government during a business talk,quoting Wang as saying'they treated me like a dog."

本週四，根據中國新聞門戶網站環球網的報道，王健林抱怨在商務會談期間馬德里政府對他的態度。報道援引王健林本人的話說，"他們就像對待狗一樣對待我"。

In a statement, Wanda dismissed the existence of the reported negotiation with Madrid authorities and denied that Wang made such comments. The group also said its project in Spain is being re-assessed.

而在一份聲明中，萬達集團否認了和馬德里官方交涉事件報道的真實性，並且否認了王健林做出了這樣的評論。萬達集團還表示，集團在西班牙的項目正在重新進行全面評估。

Rumors broke out two weeks ago that the Wanda Group was cancelling the multi-million-euro project and sacking its employees in Madrid because Madrid authorities had denied the company the rights to dismantle the facade of the Edificio Espana in central Madrid.

兩週前，有謠言稱，由於馬德里官方權威機構否決了萬達公司拆除位於馬德里中心的西班牙大廈表層的權利，萬達集團正在撤銷這一價值幾百萬歐元的項目，並且解僱馬德里的員工。

Wanda had said taking down the Edificio Espana's entire struture was best for safety reasons,but Madrid authorities said that would violate local building regulations.

萬達集團表示，出於安全考慮，應該拆除西班牙大廈的整個內部結構。但是馬德里官方權威機構則表示，這樣做會違反當地的建築規範。

The two sides have held talks to discuss how to ensure the project will go ahead while allowing the facade to remain intact.

談判雙方已經就此展開對話，商討如何在保證項目進行的同時，讓建築表層保持完整。
