全球抗疫防火牆

Calling for building a global firewall against COVID-19, President Xi Jinping urged G20 members to bring the disease under control at home and help countries in need, speed up action and support the World Health Organization in mobilizing and consolidating resources and distributing COVID-19 vaccines fairly and efficiently. Xi made the remarks during the first session of the 15th Group of 20 Leaders' Summit via video link in Beijing on Nov 21.

國家主席習近平11月21日在北京以視頻方式出席二十國集團領導人第十五次峯會第一階段會議並發表重要講話。習近平建議構築全球抗疫防火牆，二十國集團成員首先要做好各自疫情防控，並向其他國家施以援手。要加快行動，並支持世界衛生組織協調整合資源，公平有效分配疫苗。

China actively supports and participates in international cooperation on COVID-19 vaccines. We have joined the COVAX facility and stand ready to step up cooperation with other countries on the R&D, production and distribution of vaccines. We will honor our commitment of giving assistance and support to other developing countries, and work to make vaccines a global public good accessible and affordable to people around the world.

中國積極支持並參與新冠肺炎疫苗國際合作，已經加入“新冠肺炎疫苗實施計劃”，願同各國在開展疫苗研發、生產、分配等各環節加強合作。我們將履行承諾，向其他發展中國家提供幫助和支持，努力讓疫苗成爲各國人民用得上、用得起的公共產品。
