● Teaching Aims:

1. To understand and master the words and expressions in Reading passage.

improve the students’ reading ability. To develop the Ss’ ability and skills of guessing words and reading comprehension.

lead the Ss to discuss the effects of cellphones

● Teaching Points:

train the reading comprehension to the whole passage

improve Ss ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

3. To make a breakthrough in reading teaching by combining all kinds of ways of teaching together in one lecture, and let students in all levels make their own steps.

● Teaching Materials:

Step 1 Warming up(5min)

Describe the functions of cellphones, and let students guess “what is it ?”

How many students who have cellphines in our class?

Step 2 Pre-reading(5min)
