Step 1: Warming up

Show some pictures of different wedding ceremonies in different countriesand ask students to guess the country。

Step 2:Pre-reading

Show the title of the reading passage and ask students to predict whataspects of cultural differences the passage involves。 For example:

Read the passage carefully with the following questions。

二、方法介紹( 20′) _ 學習英語無捷徑。要想學好英語只有大量實踐,多聽多讀多說多寫。不要被商業廣告所誤導。

_ 對於高中英語學習者我特別推薦英語簡易讀物,讀的材料要淺易,性要強,讀的速度儘可能快一些,讀的越多越好。這是學好英語屢試不爽的一個好辦法。

_說英語一不要怕犯錯誤,二不要怕別人笑話。要爭取一切機會講英語,和外國人講,和同學講,和同事講,實在沒辦法的時候和自己講。例如,可以把自己想說的話錄下來,然後再放出來自己聽。

_ 要多用詞典,多用英語詞典。如果讀詞典讀的津津有味,就說明學英語已經上路了。

_ 英語具有較好的基礎以後,通讀(注意不是略讀或跳讀)一本淺易的英語語法書會使你有一種豁然開朗的感覺。

從根本上變"要我學"爲"我要學",就能學會英語,會學英語。

三 、學好英語的幾個關鍵問題

Ⅰ.如何才能做到堅持不懈?

人之初,性本懶!堅持是世界上最難的一件事情!要想堅持必須做到以下幾點:

1、先徹底模仿一篇文章,要模仿得和錄音完全一樣!

2、英語書要隨身攜帶,有空就讀!   3、每天必須堅持脫口而出幾個句子或一小段文章!這樣就可以保持一種"成就感"!

4、要用"熱愛"來代替毅力!一口流利的英語是多麼美妙的事情,瘋狂熱愛英語吧!

Ⅱ.單詞到底怎麼背?

掌握單詞的方法就是:第一、把單詞讀準;第二、大量地朗讀和背誦文章。發音好的人,背單詞特別快! 俗話說:只有成章入口,才能出口成章!

我要介紹的第一招是:借熟記新。何謂借熟記新?即使在一個新單詞中找你記得的熟詞,從而記住新詞。如:card,scarf,carnation中有你最熟悉的單詞car,只需要在car前後增加字母就成了卡片,圍巾,康乃馨。再如:newspaper中就有兩個熟詞news ,paper。再有:mistake中有 make;midnight中有 night;mineral 中有mine; market中有mark...等等。假如你有"角色意識"的話,仔細研究你要記的單詞,那麼你會發現適合借熟記新原則的單詞會是很多的.

我再介紹一招:改頭換面.所謂改頭換面就是將你認識的熟詞改換其中的一個或幾個字母而成爲你要記的生詞.如:將take → sake; take →bake → fake → wake → cake ...;back → rack; bank →blank →tank → rank →thank →thankful....;ask →task → bask ;bar → bare →barely;now → how → bow → cow → grow →blow → throw

→ flow ...;經過改頭換面,你也許會發現英語單詞的構成不再是雜亂無章了,而是熟詞的另一種組合罷了!

第三招:趣味記憶.就是利用讀音,諧音,漢語等幫助你記住一些難記的單詞.學英語的人都知道英語的語言大師――莎士比亞.他名字如何拼寫呢?請記住:握長矛的人就是莎士比亞.你看:Shake(握手的"握")+spear(長矛)+e =Shakespeare;有兩組短語不易分清楚:long before ;before long 我們根據意思記:long在前

前,"很久前"; long在後,"不久後",不就記住了嗎?英語中有幾個動詞不太好區分,它們是:lie (撒謊), lie(躺,位於) ,lay(下蛋,擱置),特別難區分的是它們的過去式和過去分詞形式.先背住幾句順口溜:

規則的"撒謊",不規則的"躺";"躺"過就"下蛋","下蛋"不規則.

lie(躺,位於)→ lay → lain → lying

"躺"的過去是就是"下蛋"的原形(請比較)

lay(下蛋,擱置)→laid → laid → laying

所謂規則的是指其過去式,過去分詞是規則的屬於元音加y結尾的詞加後綴應是規則的(直接加),該詞卻變y爲i加d因此是不規則的.再就是 hang的過去式和過去分詞有兩種形式,形式不同意義就迥然不同.請看:hang → hanged → hanged (絞死);hang → hung → hung(掛,懸掛)記順口溜:規則的"絞死"不規則的"掛". 當然,這些笨辦法的目的就是記住單詞短語,用時不會搞錯.

最後一招就是:利用構詞法.就是在詞根的前面,後面或在前後面加上詞綴,以形成新的單詞.這是擴大詞彙的最有效,最重要的辦法.這必須記住一些常見的前後綴,和它們所表示的詞類及意義.往往一些英語學習者忽視了這一點.任何英語教材都會列出常見的詞綴.請各位網友注意就行,不用我耽誤大家時間了!

英語單詞記憶有法,但法無定法.還是那句老話:只要你能記住,記得多就是的辦法.說了這麼多,關鍵一條就是:

培養角色意識,堅持反覆記憶;觀察分析單詞,選取記憶.

Ⅲ.學習的過程,猶如欣賞風景,書頁翻動,體驗進步的感動。學習英語,唯有快樂纔是最美的時尚。

同音詞,是發音一樣但意義不同的字,這是英語幽默的源泉。比如:

1. Why is six afraid of seven? ---- Because 7 8 9.

爲什麼6害怕7?因爲 seven eight nine = seven ate nine.如果7吃了9,6自然會害怕7的,6和7離的很近,6的長相酷似9的長相,唉,人家6怎不擔憂啊!

2. What relatives are dependent on you? --- Uncles, aunts and cousins.

哪家親戚會依賴你?這裏 you 的發音和字母 u 一樣,其實有三家親戚都離不開字母U的。

3. What starts with T, ends with T, and can be full of T? --- Teapot

什麼以 T 開頭,以 T 結尾,又充滿了 T ?最後的這個 T 要理解成 tea. 茶壺就出來了。

三、學習要求(5′)

1. 制定,學習目標。嚴格按計劃執行,只有堅持不懈才能獲得成功。

2. 課前預習,上課認真聽講,課後及時複習。以導學教程爲輔助,老師講到那,必須做到那。我們英語課的基本順序是先講詞彙,接着warming up,reading ,language study ,using language , summing up .課後作業要及時完成。

3. 每天下午晚自習前聽英語,由課代表負責

4. 人人一本高考必備或英漢詞典。

四、學習計劃(15′)

1. We'd better develop our interest in English at the beginning of ourstudy. To develop interest in English study is not very hard. We may have thefeeling of satisfaction and achievement from our English study when we are ableto say something simpl

e in English, talk with others or foreigners in English and act as others'interpreters.

2. Plans are always very essential, so we must make some elaborate andworkable plans before study. And we should certainly carry out these plans tothe letter.

3. Notes should be made whenever we study any book. We may follow thisadvice: Don't read book without making notes. As we know that notes are thesummarization, the core content, our understanding and the abbreviations of thebooks. Our notes are much thinner than the books so that we can learn them byheart easier and can often review and read them. We may also record our notes ontapes so as to often listen to them easier, to deepen our impression and tolighten our burden of memory. Sometimes it is needful to draw some tables andillustrations that are very impressive, visual and concise.

7. Excellent personality is one

Part 2 Detailed methods(第2部分 具體方法)

1. Listening comprehension:(聽力)

B. Keeping a relaxed, natural and steady mood when listening to somematerials.在作聽力練習時,力求保持放鬆,自然和穩定的心態.即建立自信心和培養良好的心理素質在聽力提高中致關重要.

C. We may make some simple notes while listening, for examples, the namesof people and places, time, age, distance, occupation, figures and so on to geta better understanding of the content.

在作聽力練習時,我們可以作些簡單的筆記,例如人名,地名,時間,年齡,職業,數字等以便更好地理解材料.當然還要以聽爲主.

D. Catching the drift of the content instead of understanding every wordand never waste too much time on single words.

E. Pay close attention to CONCESSION and TRANSITION so as to correctlyunderstand the attitudes of the speakers. The following words are mostimportant: even though, even so, in spite of, unless, although, no matter,however, whatever, no, nor, neither…nor, but….

ing skills:(閱讀)

a. IntensiveReading:精讀:在精讀課文時,我們要把生詞,詞組,句型做成筆記.讀後要試着用這些疑問詞提問自己:誰,什麼,何時,何地且努力用自己的話來回答.

b. Extensive reading:泛讀:要培養瀏覽,跳讀和快讀的能力.即抓住關鍵詞,主題句和中心大意的能力.

c. Readingspeed:閱讀速度:三種方法提高我們的閱讀速度:1.先從頭至尾不間斷地通讀課文以抓住課文大意.不要在單個詞或單句上浪費太多時間.2.閱讀時計時.3.閱讀時用手指或筆尖指向文章字句並快速移動來迫使我們的眼睛快速隨手指或筆尖移動來強化我們的閱讀速度.

d. Newspaper as good reading materials can widen our sight and richen ourknowledge.

多讀報,多受益:開闊視野,豐富知識,學習流行詞語和英語最新發展.

一、教材分析

本課是高二英語第四模塊的第一課時,主要內容包括了與話題相關的詞彙拓展,對新詞彙的學習和運用,和與學生生活貼近的相關信息的閱讀和討論,採用任務型教學法和小組合作探究學習法,從而擴大課堂的語料輸入量及學生的語言輸出量。

二、學情分析

在高一年英語學習的基礎上,高二學生已經掌握了基礎句型,簡單詞彙,簡單閱讀的方法,如略讀法,跳讀法。但大部分學生的詞彙量較少,閱讀速度較慢,自覺學習的能力差,個人發現問題解決問題的能力有待提高。

這堂課基本做到了把課堂讓給學生,讓學生在自主,自覺,自願的氣氛中愉快度過,既順利完成教學任務,又促進其情感教育。這堂課的完成使我感到欣慰,值得我深思。

首先,良好的導入是整個課堂成功的一半,它能夠緊緊抓住學生的心理和興趣,使課堂教學更具趣味性和藝術性。總體來說,這節課的導入是比較成功的,切入點是讓學生觀察圖片,心上視頻,激發了學生的學習興趣。這不由得讓我想起一句話“教有趣,必樂學”。學習興趣的形成有利於激發學生的學習動機,促進學生智能的發展。

其次,教學內容設計要符合本班學生的實際情況,難度適中,儘量滿足不同類型和不同層次學生的要求。在任務的設置中應充分考慮學生是否能夠完成。本堂課的細節理解部分難度合適,大多數學生都能順利完成。

但是,本堂課也還存在一些不足,需要加以改進

八、教學反思

現將本節課課後反思總結如下:

1.由於本堂課任務多,容量大,導致完成任務時間較緊,今後應注意教學步驟間的緊密銜接,充分體現教師主導、學生主體作用。

oduction部分對樂器的介紹沒有必要用幻燈展示,學生沒有得到足夠的時間去思考,只是被動的接受了一些關於樂器的知識。應該讓學生獨立自主通過閱讀相關信息發現結論,這樣更有助於學生讀背景知識的理解

3.課堂最後一個環節應該給學生充分的時間,讓學生在對文章內容理解的基礎上對所提問題進行小組討論,便於學生進行語言和知識的輸出。在此過程中,學生在合作、探究的氣氛中愉快度過,既順利完成教學任務,又促進其情感教育,充分培養學生合作學習的精神。
