Divorce rate（離婚率）也可以用來反映社會發展趨勢。它用於衡量和評價某個國家或地區的婚姻穩定和幸福程度，經濟發展水平越高，離婚率越高；女性在社會中的地位越高，離婚率越高。中國目前的離婚率是逐年上升的。

我們來看2個例句：

The divorce rate in the United States is the highest in the world. One out of every three marriage ends in divorce.

美國的離婚率居世界首位。三分之一是以離婚結束的。

In recent years, China's divorce rate is increasing year by year, the couple gradually reduce the family's sense of responsibility.
