Population growth rate

作爲人口大國，我國很重視Population growth rate（人口增長率）。

它是反映人口發展速度和制定人口計劃的重要指標，也是計劃生育統計中的一個重要指標。人口的力量正在把世界分成兩部分：人口增長緩慢的地區，生活條件正在得到改善；人口增長迅速的地區，生活條件正在惡化。

我們來看2個例句：

Obviously, Asia is a continent where the population growth rate was the highest in the world in the 20th century, which maintained at 13%.

很顯然，20世紀的亞洲是世界上人口增長最迅速的一個洲，增長率保持在13%。
