House prices

經濟發展最簡單的指標是什麼呢？那就是House prices（房價）了。經濟向上發展的時候，房價逐漸走高；經濟不好的時候，房價也會降低；當房價出現劇烈波動時，經濟也會產生強烈的反應。

我們來看2個例句：
