With an estimated £4.9bn fortune according to Forbes magazine, the ruling dynasty of tiny Lichtenstein is by far and away Europe's wealthiest.

Led by patriarch Prince Hans-Adam II, nearly all of the family's wealth comes from banking, although the royal clan also has significant land holdings and a vast art collection.
