據搜狐網報道，國內的搜索引擎巨頭百度已經和臉譜網（Facebook）簽署合作協議，全球最大的社交網絡將正式進駐中國。

It is believed the new social networking service will not be integrated completely with , and the timetable of the new SNS is yet to be confirmed.
消息稱，Facebook和百度合作建立的網站將不會與打通，而是會建立一個新的SNS網站，但目前，該網站推出的時間尚未確定。

However, Baidu's spokesman Kaiser Kuo told China Daily on Monday that "No comments on rumors."
