奧朗德抗議美國監聽其電話

François Hollande has protested to Barack Obama over allegations that US National Security Agency listened to the French president’s phone conversations.

法國總統弗朗索瓦·奧朗德(François Hollande)已就有關美國國家安全局(NSA)監聽其電話通話的最新爆料向美國總統巴拉克•奧巴馬(Barack Obama)提出抗議。

The French president telephoned his US counterpart for “an update on the principles that must govern relations between allies on the matter of intelligence”, the Elysée palace said. Mr Obama “reiterated without ambiguity his firm undertaking... to put an end to practices that may have taken place in the past and which were unacceptable between allies”, it added.

愛麗捨宮表示，法國總統致電美國總統，詢問“在情報事務上規範盟國之間關係的那些原則是否發生了變化”。愛麗捨宮還表示，奧巴馬“毫不含糊地重申了他的堅定承諾……將結束過去可能已發生的、在盟國之間不可接受的那些做法”。

The Elysée said French authorities had already discussed the alleged espionage with their American counterparts in 2013 and in February 2014, during Mr Hollande’s trip to Washington.

愛麗捨宮表示，早在2013年以及2014年2月奧朗德訪美期間，法國有關部門就與美國同行討論了有關間諜活動的指控。

After a meeting of France’s security cabinet earlier in the day to discuss revelations, the Elyséé said “France . . . will not accept behaviour that puts its security and the protection of its interests at risk.”

在法國安全內閣昨日開會討論最新爆料之後，愛麗捨宮表示，“法國……將不會接受危及本國安全和危及對本國利益保護的行爲。”
