　　演講比賽的小技巧

1、演講準備

1. 拿到演講稿一定要按比賽時的速率試兩遍，確保不超時，千萬別存僥倖。

2. 對演講稿尤其是對別人寫的稿子要反覆讀，背下來只是最低要求，你必須對稿

件中的每一個標點的由來都瞭然於胸;

3. 儘可能的預先到演講場地，熟悉環境設施。如有可能不妨到臺上喊上幾嗓子;

4. 預先演練好如何上下場。幾步可以到話筒，在哪兒鞠躬;

5. 練習用正常語調、最大的音量清楚的完成演講;

6. 要像準備對全世界演講一樣準備你的演講;

7. 當你的名字被叫到時，慢慢的站起來，以正常的步幅走向演講臺;

8. 放鬆面部肌肉，讓臉上的微笑來自內心;

9. 可以做一些深呼吸;

2、比賽之中

10. 相信：你是在作最一流的演講。你就是大家期待的一等獎的得主;

11. 鞠躬致意――站到話筒前――深呼吸――放鬆――微笑――開始把爛熟於心

的講稿講出來;

12. 用目光和觀衆說話，先從那個你感到最親近的人開始，用目光告訴他，你感

謝他的關注;然後，把所有的聽衆都當成你的大哥大姐。

　　演講相關技巧

第一部分：英語演講比賽禮儀

面部表情是最準確的、最微妙的人的“晴雨表”。如果面部表情表現得體，可以爲比賽錦上添花，反之則會弄巧成拙。

1、微笑：人的面部表情貴在四個字：自然，真摯。比賽者的面部表情一般要帶微笑。微笑是一個人能力和品行的最好體現，它能使別人感到信任和依靠。俗話說：“面帶三分笑，禮數已先到”。微笑是一種無言的答語，微笑可以縮短雙方距離，創造良好的面談氣氛。

2、目光：同微笑一樣，目光眼神也是最富感染力的表情語言。注意不要死盯着對方的眼睛，否則，會使對方極不自在，同時，也不要在某一局部區域內上下翻飛，否則會使對方感到莫名其妙。不要東張西望、左顧右盼，顯得心不在焉;不要高高昂起頭，兩眼望天，顯得傲慢，否則都是失禮和缺乏教養的表現。

3、肢體語言：仔細聆聽、面帶微笑、措辭嚴謹、回答簡潔明瞭、精神風貌樂觀積極，這些豐富的肢體語言和恰當的語音語調，勢必會使你的比賽錦上添花、事半功倍!在肢體語言，要注意避免以下行爲：1)保持適當的眼神接觸。如果一直目不轉睛地直視着評委，又會讓人覺得不自在。 2)不要坐立不安。一方面，坐立不安表明你比較緊張;另一方面，坐立不安時出現的一些肢體動作，也會影響和分散評委的注意力。

第二部分：初中英語構詞法

英語構詞法主要有三種：合成法、轉化法和派生法。掌握基本的構詞法，有助於詞彙的理解、記憶和積累。現就初中英語部分詞彙加以歸類小結。

一、合成法。就是把兩個或兩個以上的詞按照一定的次序排列構成新詞的方法。用此法構成的詞叫複合詞。複合詞主要包括複合名詞、複合代詞、複合形容詞和複合副詞等。

1、複合名詞：headache(頭疼)，daybreak(黎明) ，playground(操場)，postcard(明信片) ，basketball

(籃球)，classroom(教室) ， blackboard(黑板)，grandfather(爺爺)， waiting-room(候車室)，sitting-room(起居室) 2、複合代詞：somebody(有人，某人)，nobody(沒有人)，something(某物，某事)，nothing(沒有東西) 3、複合形容詞有：man-made(人造的)，kind-hearted(好心的)，hard-working(努力工作的)，fund-raising (籌集資金的)。 4、複合副詞有：upstairs(到樓上)，downstairs(到樓下)，everywhere(到處)，maybe(或許)等。另外，複合動詞有understand(理解)，複合介詞有without(無，沒有)等。

二、轉化法。就是將某些單詞由一種詞性轉化爲另一種詞性的構詞方法。詞性轉化有以下幾種情況：rain(雨n)→(下雨v.)。例如：There’s a lot of rain in this ’s still raining now. What are you talking about? There will be a talk next classroom is not clean. You must clean it toMorrow。

三、派生法。就是將前，後綴附加到某些詞上構成新詞的方法。初中英語主要有以下幾種前、後綴。 前綴 ： - retell(複述)v.， return(歸還)v. - unhappy(不高興的)adj. ， unusual(不平常的)adj. 3. dis- dislike(不喜歡)v ， disagree(不同意)v 4. im- impossible(不可能的)adj., impolite (不禮貌的) 5. in- incorrect (不正確的)adj. , incomplete (不完整的) adj. 6. ir- irregular (不規則的)adj. , irresponsible (不負責任的)adj.

3、The City Mouse and the Country Mouse

Once there were two mice. They were friends. One mouse lived in the country; the other mouse lived in the city. After many years the Country mouse saw the City mouse; he said, "Do come and see me at my house in the country." So the City mouse went. The City mouse said, "This food is not good, and your house is not good. Why do you live in a hole in the field? You should come and live in the city. You would live in a nice house made of stone. 15 kilometers to the north of our town, there is a national forest park. Millions of tall trees grow thickly close to the coast. In summer, it’s wonderful to have a rest in the shadows of the forest. Everyone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich, dreaming of becoming millionaires overnight. Others want to be famous, dreaming of suddenly jumping to great fame. I have a lot of dreams, too. When I was a young girl, I dreamed of becoming a scientist in future. However, I knew very well that I could not succeed without painstaking efforts. So I studied hard in the middle school and college in order to attain my goal. Although I was very busy with teaching, I never gave up my goal. I read a lot of books to get more knowledge. Now I have made great progress. I am very happy. The ladder of becoming a scientist is still far ahead, but I have climbed the first step anyway.
