一、課前預習

在每節課之前，快速預習是一個好學生的普遍做法。預習能使你在課堂上抓住自己不會的地方有所突破，課下你會覺得輕鬆愉快。合理按排預習的方法因人而異，不必強求一律，有的同學是邊讀書邊思考，對新的內容產生了濃厚興趣;有的同學是在預習時讀、畫、圈、點，在自己不理解的問題做上記號，以便上課時注意。

二、上課要認真聽講

凡是學習態度端正的學生，在課堂上都會全神貫注，目不斜視，高度集中精力，認真聽講。儘管新課程提倡自主學習、合作學習、探究學習，儘管現代課程理念提倡活動、民主、自由，學習活動應該是一個生動活潑的主動而富有個性的過程，學生平等參與課堂教學，你也要把認真聽講放在首位。尤其是在老師少講精講的情況下，認真聽課將是你取得成功的第一要訣。

因爲每一個老師都會在課堂上把每個重點內容講述或點撥得非常透徹，因此你要集中精力聽。接下來就是一個融會貫通的問題，在把教師所講的內容吃深吃透的基礎上，積極思維，大膽質疑，好問，多思。並要學會給自己出題，要爭取用多種方法解析一道題，比較各種方法的簡便程度，這也是對以前學習水平的一個檢驗。這樣，能夠對相關的問題有一個清晰的思路。

三、要認真做好複習

課後一定要複習，而且要循環往復的複習。因爲人的大腦在儲存新的信息的同時，又要把先前的信息忘掉一部分。只有循環記憶，反覆複習，才能把知識學習得紮實、牢固。

除了課後複習外，還可以在雙休日進行定期複習和每個月進行一次階段複習，將所學的知識系統化，條理化。在複習時，要注意以下幾點：

1複習的方法要多樣化。複習不等於簡單重複，要適當變化形式，力求生動、形象、有趣、有效。如可以採用誦讀與譯背等方式複習，也可以在運用知識過程中複習，也就是在實踐中複習。

2複習分量要適當，既要避免過度疲勞，又要適度提倡“過度複習”。避免過度疲勞可適當分散複習。“過度複習”是指對需要牢牢記住的學習內容達到初步掌握後仍不停止，而是繼續進行學習識記，達到完全鞏固的程度。如背一課的英語單詞，背了五遍就能記住時，還要繼續背三遍，這三遍叫“過度複習”。花的時間雖多了一點，但對中小學生的學習很有幫助。

3複習時要對學過的知識繼續加工，使之條理化、系統化。這就要求在複習中把新舊知識聯繫起來，增強記憶。這樣，你的知識結構才能紮實。
