waste, garbage, rubbish, litter, debris, junk

這些名詞均含“廢物，垃圾”之意。

waste普通用詞，概念廣泛，指任何被丟棄的東西。

garbage主要指有機廢料，包括廚房的剩菜剩飯或不能再用的食物。也可作引申用。

rubbish普通用詞，指任何成堆的、破損的、用過的或無用的東西，尤指棄掉的垃圾堆。也可作引申用。
