第27章電影當中的暴力[qh]

David ： What do you think about violence in movies?[qh]
你對電影裏的暴力鏡頭怎麼看？[qh]

You ：I don’t like violent movies. They are not good for children.[qh]
我不喜歡暴力電影。暴力電影對孩子不好。[qh]

David ： Can you explain why?[qh]
爲什麼這樣說呢？[qh]

You ：Some movies are harmful to children’s concepts of love and innocence. Since they are young and native, they may be moved to imitate the violence they see, which is surely harmful to their development.[qh]
一些暴力電影會損害小孩子的愛心和純真。因爲他們畢竟還很年幼不懂事。很可能在看了一些暴力鏡頭後會去模仿，這樣對小孩子身心發展是極其有害的。[qh]

David ： I agree. In the United States, most movies are rated in order that people know if it is appropriate for children. The ratings include “G” which means for the general audience including children, “PG” which recommends parental guidance for children, “PG 13” which strongly recommends parental guidance for children under 13, and “R” which is for adults.[qh]
是這樣的。在美國，電影都是分類的，這樣大人能夠分辨哪些是適合小孩子看的。這個分類主要包括： G 類，表示適合一般的觀衆，包括小孩； PG 類，表示建議父母帶着孩子看； PG-13 表示 13 歲以下的小孩必須由父母帶着看； R 類是隻適合成年人看的片子。[qh]

You ：I see. So there are different ratings for different kinds of movies. There are different kinds of American movies, such as the action movies and violent movies you mentioned earlier. I don’t like these and I seldom watch them.[qh]
我明白了，不同的電影分類不同。正如你剛纔所說的美國電影分很多類，諸如，動作片，暴力片等，但我不太喜歡此類片子，我也不常看。[qh]

David ： Do you know any violent movies?[qh]
那麼你知道一些暴力片嗎？[qh]

You ：I don’t know much about violent movies. I have just heard about them and watched a few, but I don’t watch them at all any more.[qh]
我知道的不多，只是聽說過一些，曾經也看過一兩部，但我以後再也不會看了。[qh]

David ： So you are not very interested in them?[qh]
你對它們不感興趣？[qh]

You ：That's right. I only know about the things I interested in, and other things, well...[qh]
是的。我只瞭解我感興趣的東西，而其他的，嗯……[qh]

David ：No comment?[qh]

You ：Yeah, no comment.[qh]
