雖說動怒不是好的解決問題的方法，據說還很傷自己的身體，但總有一些時候，一些人或事會超出我們所能忍受的極限，不得不用爆發來宣泄情緒。英語當中有一個習語，bent out of shape, 它本意是指器具因外界原因導致變形，比如：
The knives were bent out of shape. 那些刀已經彎曲變形了。
Many things get bent out of shape usually by Moisture. 很多東西通常因爲潮溼而變形。
