When I started working on my current job,everyprocess was paper-based,and we handed 50 applications a day.

我剛開始現在的工作時，所有的流程都是紙上作業，我們一天要處理50份申請書。

I suggested to my boss to make the process electronic and paperless by scanning All our formsinto PDFand making them avaliable online.

於是我向上司建議，把我們所有的表格掃描成PDF文檔，然後發佈到網上，將流程電子，無紙化。

Clients can download and print out the froms.

客戶可以在網上下載表格，然後打印出來。

Now our process is 50% paperless and much more efficient,and our clients are very happy withit.

現在，我們整個流程的50%已經實現無紙化，也變得更加有效率。

Once e-signature becomes avaliable,the clients will be able to submit the forms online and ourprocess will be 100% paperless.

這個方法也獲得了客戶的好評。如果將來電子簽名的機制建立起來，客戶可以在網上提交表格，我們整個流程就可以全部實現無紙化了。

My current boss is very receptive to new business ideas and creative ways to developbusiness,

我現在的上司非常樂於接受一些有助於業務發展的新想法和創新的方式，

so I wrote up a proposal to show up how to get into a new line of business.

所以我擬定了一份如何開發新業務的建議書。

She liked the idea and told me to come up with specific plans to implement the new business.

她對我的計劃相當感興趣，並讓我提出具體的實施方案。

So I did and it was successfully implemented by our unit.

於是我遵從指示提出方案，並且由我們部門成功的實施了。
