In today's society, everyday we may face some kind of stress and difficulties from work, school or family. In order to escape them, people have different methods. Some read, some exercise, while others work in their gardens. From my point of view, I would like to use different ways according to different stress.

First, the stress from work and school maybe the Most common stress. In this circumstance, I like to listen to music, especially some inspiring music. When I appreciate it, I can transiently forget those unpleasant things and let my head sober. After listening to those inspiring music, I feel that I am full of encourage overcoming difficulities. Then I will calmly analyse my circumstance and find the way to solve problems.

If my stress comes from my family or my friends( foe example, some misunderstanding and squabbles), I think that the best way to erase this stress is a sinere conversation. I will positively converse with my relatives and friends. I hope that I can know what is their opinion and also let them understand me. I feel that when we understand each other, all conflict will disappear.

In a word, everyone can find the best way that is suitable for himself/herself. But conservation and appreciating music are the most suitable for me to erase stress.

Recently, college students are complaining about pressure issues. A lot of papers, projects and presentations are screwing their golden lives. Demanding of pressure relief is arising. There are mainly three arguments fighting for them.

First of all, they think a man has only one chance to experience his or her university life, which is refer to as golden age. In this way, joy and happiness should be pervading the whole campus. However, people who enjoy their life at this time will suffer from lack of knowledge when they grow old because they have just missed their best time to remember things and learn skills.

Secondly, people argues that lots of paper work are not practical. But in my opinion, paper work are the preparation for the work in society. One needs to be equipped with enough capabilities in order to handle tough situations in their workplace.

Thirdly, they demand for a balanced point between work and enjoyment, which is not realistic under such pressure. Nevertheless, a good time manager never complain about such problem. Working with high efficiency is a solution to it.

In conclusion, hardship increases stature. College life is golden life. The way you spend it determine how you live afterwards.

How should college students relieve pressure?

Today’s college students face many pressures, mainly from parents’ expectation, study, economy, employment and all kinds of competition. Although pressure, to some extent, can provide motivation, overdue pressure has a serious negative affect. Pressure can destroy a student’s confidence. More seriously it might make some students lose control of their emotions and behaviors. Considering the great damage of overdue pressure, college students should learn how to relieve pressure. First, we should have a right evaluation of ourselves, so it’s to make use of advantages and avoid disadvantages. Second, we should set a clear aim of struggle. The aim can give us motivation and make us become active. Third, attending collective activities is an effective way to relieve pressure. Finally, if you find pressure is nearly beyond your control, you’d better turn to professional psychological guidance. As to me, my pressure is mainly from future employment. In order to reduce upset, I ask my parents to help me analyze my advantages and disadvantages and produce more practical job objection. So my employment pressure has been relieved greatly. Now I become very confident in my future, and I do believe I can get an ideal job after my graduation.

Second, to do someexercises is another way to relieve pressure. If we are under pressure for along time, doing some exercises can make us refreshed and regain power tocontinue our task. Finally, another common way for women to relieve pressure isto cry. The effect of crying is the similar as the effect of confiding toothers. After crying, we would find that we are relaxed and then we have spiritto fight against difficulties again.

首先,向別人傾述是緩解壓力的有效途徑。當我們感到非常焦慮和擔心而無法繼續工作或學習的時候,去和朋友或者家人聊聊天,我們會得到一些安慰並且感覺更好。第二,運動是另一種減壓方式。如果長時間處於壓力下,做點鍛鍊可以給我們充電並恢復精力來工作。最後,爲女性緩解壓力的另一種常見的方法是哭泣。哭泣的效果跟向別人傾述的效果是類似的。哭過之後,我們會感到輕鬆,之後就會有精神再去對抗困難。

In a word, there are many ways to relieveour pressure. But the most important point is that if we cannot solve theproblem at once, we need to call off our attention from the pressure we arefaced with to other things. Only in this way we would not be entangled with thepressure for a long time.

總之,有很多方法都可以用來減壓。但最重要的一點是,如果我們不能立刻解決問題,我們要把我們的注意力轉移到別的事情上。只有這樣,我們纔不會長期和壓力糾纏。
