有一次端午節，我們一家人回到了三明。那天，我第一次看到外公、外婆插茱萸。只見外公搬來一節長梯，在門的旁邊(門框前)架好，然後小心翼翼地拿出一茱萸草，拜了拜天，口裏唸唸有詞，然後慢慢地爬上梯子。最後，外公仔細找這門邊的裂縫，等到找到了裂縫之後，再把那一?茱萸草插上去，然後下來。
我們和外公在遠處得意洋洋望着大大小小的門上被我們用心插上的茱萸。微風徐徐吹過，門旁的茱萸在微風中輕輕搖擺着身體，好像笑這對我們說“放心吧!我一定回保佑大家平安的!”
這就是我的家鄉的端午節習俗之一―插茱萸。但是，隨這時代的進步，越來越少人會要想要插茱了。
所以，我向大家提議：大家要保持這種習俗把古老又悠久的習俗一代又一代地傳下去。
元宵
