The way for me to relax is various. First, I will listen to the music. Hearing the music can smooth my heart, it helps calm down, so I will get out of the annoyance. Second, I like to do some sports, such as jogging, basketball and tennis. Doing these sports also helps me let out my bad emotion and I become energetic again.

It took me some time to finish the research, what’s more, I did not have enough time to do all the researches, so if I cooperated with other students, we could share our researches and then made the overall conclusion.
