稍安勿躁，任它去 Let it be, Let it go

你有沒有擔憂過有關於你的謠言呢？你有沒有每當想起那些傷害過你的人就覺得悲傷呢？你有沒有厭煩你父母對你說你的同學學習比你好，或者鄰居家的孩子找的工作比你好呢？你之所以覺得你生活在個可悲的困境裏是因爲你太過於在乎別人的眼光，特別是你愛的人的眼光。

Lifeis too short to live happy, you are who you are. You don’t have to pay too muchattention to the opinion from others about you, whether it is good or bad. Ifit is praise, you will feel happy and your self-confidence will be increased. Butif it is detraction, you might feel horrible, and you may self-deprecation.

人生苦短，行樂需及時，你就是你，你無須太過注意別人對你的看法，無論那是好的還是壞的。如果那是讚揚，你會感覺到快樂，你的自信心也會增加。但如果那是誹謗，你會感覺很糟糕，你可能還會自我貶低。

爲什麼我們要關心那些？爲什麼我們不能按我們的想法活着？因爲有太多的社會規則約束着我們。我們要努力學習爲了能夠找到一份好工作；我們要時時刻刻保持微笑爲了讓人們覺得你對每個人都很友善，即使是對你刻薄的人。你得賺一大堆鈔票來給你的父母臉上添光。

總之，所有的問題都是面子問題，例如在學校裏覺得長得好看是有面子，而辦公室裏覺得找個有錢的就有面子一樣，其實愛的都是面子。我認爲是時候該放下我們的面子，活出自我，不要活在別人的眼光裏。做你自己，你會覺得比以前快樂。
