我國基本養老保險2020年參保率將達90%大綱

China is aiming to improve public services for its elderly population by 2020, according to a government plan unveiled last Monday.
上週一發布的一份政府規劃指出，到2020年，我國計劃改善老年人口公共服務。

"The country targets a multi-pillar, fairer and more sustainable social security system by 2020 to better meet the needs of the elderly," said the plan released by the State Council.
根據國務院發佈的這份規劃，到2020年，我國計劃建立多支柱、更加公平、更可持續的社會保障體系，以更好地滿足老年人的需求。

It set goals ensuring 90% residents will be covered by basic old-age insurance and for coverage of basic medical insurance to stay above 95%.
規劃設定的目標爲：居民基本養老保險參保率達到90%，基本醫療保險參保率穩定在95%以上。

Medical and rehabilitation services for rural elderly care will be strengthened, according to the plan.
該規劃指出，農村老年醫療與康復護理服務將得到改善。

By 2020, government nursing homes should account at least 30% of the nation's total nursing beds for the elderly, and a long-term nursing insurance system will be considered.
到2020年，政府運營的養老院牀位數量佔全國養老牀位總數的比重應至少達到30%，並且將考慮建立長期護理保險制度。

Efforts should be made to supply more technology products tailored for elderly people, and to enrich their cultural life.
此外，政府還應努力增加老年科技用品供給，豐富老年人文化生活。

It estimates that the number of people aged over 60 in China will reach 255 million, 17.8% of the country's total population, by 2020.
據估計，到2020年，我國60歲以上人口將達到2.55億人，佔國家總人口的17.8%。
