In an annual report released Thursday, Amnesty Internationa ldocumented cases of extra-judicial executions, torture, and forced labor by Burma's military in the country's ethnic conflict zones.

Benjamin Zawacki, an Asia researcher at Amnesty International said government and military officials who have committed human rights violations remain free from prosecution.國際特赦組織說，雖然緬甸近來實行了政治和經濟改革，但緬甸少數民族地區的侵犯人權現象去年有所增加。
