You always answer: Yes. Then explain briefly the reason why. A perfect reason includes a long-term goal in 3 – 5 years that you have achieved.回答基本上都是：是的。然後簡單解釋下原因。你實現了自己定下的3-5年的長期目標是個不錯的理由。
For example: I have strived to get excellent degree after graduate and to use majoring English fluently. Now I’ve achieved that goal.
