1.be bound to 必定…；一定… （意願類經典句）
1）The Great Development of Western China is bound to be a bridge between China and other countries, promoting common economic development and prosperity for the whole world.
西部大開發一定能成爲溝通世界各國和中國的一座橋樑，促進中國和世界經濟共同發展，共同繁榮。
2）Just wars are bound to triumph over wars of aggression.
正義之戰必勝，侵略之戰必敗。
2.a matter of sth/doing sth 與…有關的情況或問題 （描述類經典句）
1)Considering the following statements, made by the same man eight years apart. "Eventually, being 'poor' won't be as much a matter of living in a poor country as it will be a matter of having poor skills."
請思考一下同一個人在八年前與現在所說的話。“說到底，‘貧窮’與其說是生活在貧窮的國家裏，還不如說是技藝不精。”

處理這些問題全憑經驗。
3.（我對您爲我到達貴國後所做的一切安排）深表感謝。
注意這裏“到達”的動詞向名詞形式的轉變。

這裏的“合作共事”可以不譯，由前面的“工作”統領，用with連接就可以了。
