首先，建議在新生入學時，給每一位大學生發放體育館的功能以及開放時間介紹冊。這是因爲許多非體育專業的學生壓根不知道可以在體育館進行哪些運動，以及不瞭解體育館的開放時間。其次，目前，廣大人民羣衆的體育健身需求日益增加，而校體育館的利用率又比較低，所以，希望學校體育場館向社會開放，促進全民健身事業的發展。
