I personally went to his home,but could not find him,so I contacted HR according to the company policy.

我親自去過他家，但是沒找到人，於是我根據公司規定通知了人事部。

HR notified the employee in writing of the intent to terminate employment,but we never heard from him.

人事部以書面形式告知對方他即將被解僱，但是完全沒有收到他的回信。

We have a company policy that an employee who is absent from work for three consecutive working days or more without notices is deemed to have quit.

公司明文規定員工連續3天及以上無辜缺勤，視爲離職。
