這是一個面試問題中的經典開題。這個問題主要考察求職者的個性是否符合公司的企業文化，所以回答的時候要儘量貼近這個公司的情況來推銷自己的特點。比如這個公司是屬於汽車行業，那麼你就該回答："Driving is my hobby. I really love the feeling of driving on the road. Cars are my best friends. ." 總之就是要找到自己跟這個公司的一個切合點，讓面試官瞭解你充分適合這個環境。
2. What are your three greatest strengths?

3. What are your three greatest weaknesses?

4. Why are you interested in working for our company?

6. If we hire you, how long will you stay with us?

7. Tell me about a difficult time at your previous job.
聽到這個問題，應聘者可能會有些摸不透面試官到底想知道什麼，而不知道怎麼回答。其實這個時候他是想知道你過去的工作中有過什麼特別的例子，來展示你有解決各項複雜問題的能力。這時，最好能提前準備一張優秀的"成績單", 上面清楚的表明你處理過的問題的列表，告訴他你有能力解決任何困難，這一點至關重要。
8. Do you have any questions for me?
