見到別人是要表達自己的心情。
How nice to see you again.
I’m very happy to see you again.
I’m very pleased to see you again.
很高興再次見到你。

見面寒暄時，也可以問對方的情況
How is everything going? 過的怎麼樣？
How is everyong at home? 家人怎麼樣？
How is business these days ?近來生意怎麼樣？

詢問客人旅途情況時，可以說：
How was your flight?旅途怎麼樣？
How about your flight?旅途怎樣？
Did you have a good trip?旅行愉快麼？

最後要表明是誰的委派，可以說：
Our company has send me to pick you up here.
我們公司派我來這裏接您。
My mom has sent me to meet you here.
我媽媽派我來接您。
