【內容簡介】

 超級壞蛋格魯（史蒂夫·卡瑞爾 Steve Carell 配音）在聽說埃及金字塔被盜的新聞後不滿市面上新賊輩出，決定在納法利歐博士（拉塞爾·布蘭德 Russell Brand 配音）的幫助下建造火箭升空盜取月亮。在向壞蛋銀行貸款的過程中，格魯盜取的收縮射線槍被新賊維克托（傑森·席格爾 Jason Segel 配音）搶走。爲了奪回收縮射線槍，格魯決定領養三位孤兒——瑪戈（米蘭達·卡斯格拉夫 Miranda Cosgrove 配音）、伊迪絲（達娜·蓋伊 Dana Gaier 配音）和阿格蕾絲（埃爾希·費舍 Elsie Fisher 配音），利用她們進入維克托的城堡兜售餅乾的機會實施偷盜，計劃成功後再偷偷處理掉三個小孩。然而在平凡的日常相處中，格魯卻發現自己越來越離不開這三個小鬼，但這樣的感情用事卻將嚴重影響周密的盜月計劃……選段中，因爲Gru得不到Perkins經理的青睞，所以沒能借成錢，但是因爲孩子們的慷慨解囊，還有藥丸手下的無私貢獻，他們準備靠自己造火箭~
