Promise is very important, I hate people who break their promise, the one who can’t keep his promise is not reliable. Once, my friend asked me to his company him, because he was alone at home, his parents were busy with their work. At first, I said yes to him, but at that day, I had a lot of things to do, when I finished all the things, I found it was dark. I started to hesitated, I wanted to give up to company my friend, thinking about his disappointed face, finally, I decided to keep my words. When my friend saw me, he was very happy. He said she believed me would come, I never let him down.
諾言是很重要的，我討厭那些不遵守諾言的人，誰不能遵守他們的諾言，誰就不可靠。曾經，我的朋友叫我去陪伴他，因爲他獨自一個人在家，父母在忙他們的工作。剛開始，我答應了他，但是在那天，我有很多事情要去做，當我做完所有的事情後，我發現天已經黑了。我開始猶豫，我想要放棄陪伴我的朋友，一想到他失望的表情，最後，我決定遵守諾言。當我的朋友看到我的時候，他很開心。他說他相信我會來，我從來沒讓他失望過。

Integrity
What is integrity? Integrity is a good quality of being honest. It is a fine virtue for everyone. A man of integrity is loved by all. Without integrity, he will lose the best friend.
Integrity is especially important for students. We should finish our homework independently. We must return books when it is due. We should listen to the teacher carefully no matter what kind of lesson it is. If we promise to do something, we should try our best to do it well.

As described in the passage, Mr Zeng firmly kept his wife’s promise to his child, form which we learn that Mr. Zeng is worth depending on and good at educating children.
I can’t agree more with Mr. Zeng’s education method. Had I been his child, I would have formed a deep impression on it and gradually cultivated this quality. Just as an old saying goes, “Action speak louder than words.” If our parents themselves can do what they promise, we are likely to follow them.
The passage so well retained me the remembrance of an experience. Once, I made a promise to myself that I wouldn’t play basketball that week. Nevertheless, it is so fascinating that I even tried to persuaded myself to enjoy it. In time, I resisted the temptation and kept my promise. Since then, I have realized that it is keeping our promise that makes us feel a sense of fulfillment and wins respect from others. So, please stick to your promise.

As can be seen from the cartoon, nowadays many people follow the hen and swarm into the tide of promise-making. But we may observe that. some of the promises are nothing but duties these people should fulfill, just like the most common eggs laid by the hen.
However, the reasons for this phenomenon are complicated and such false promises are very harmful not only to thegiver but to our society. For example, some people want to make profits from their false promises such as those offered to customers by enterprises. Some other people want to make known to everyone their deeds such as those made by some departments. Promises offered to customers by enterprises are based on the trust between them and the trust is the driving force that makes theeconomy develop. With the trust, customers expect to buy a certain product with a, sense of safety, while the enterprises look forward to promoting sales based mainly on the side of the customers. Nevertheless, the wide spread false promises undermine the trust, which will, in the long run, undermine the rapid economic development of our country, too.
So, it's high time that we took measures to put an end to any kind of false promises. We may forbid people to make false ads, forfeit them severely, or fortify special law into effect. And what's more, why can't these people be strict with themselves and draw a lesson from the hell in the cartoon?
