First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus it’s important for them to do the things according to the list. Don’t do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the Morning. You’ll find you have more time to do the things you want.

首先，我們應該爲自己今天要做的事情列一張表。最重要的是要記住先做那些緊急的事情。其次，要專心。對於年輕人來說，他們也許缺乏自控能力，很容易被其他事情分神。因此，按照單子做事情非常重要。做不完列表上的事，就不做其他的閒事。最後，早上起得早一點。你會發現你能有更多的時間來做你想做的事。

In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.

About few years ago, only few women would do this, but now, as the economy develops, people live a better life, so they begin to find entertainment. Da Ma have made the square dance popular, when we go out at night, we may find them dance everywhere. I think square dance is a good way for people to get exercise, they can keep fit.

在中國，超過四十歲的婦女叫做大媽，不得不承認，大媽是一個很有權利的羣體，她們手頭上有一定的金錢，我們總是看到大媽到處買房子或者是飛到國外購買名牌的新聞。這個龐大的羣體現在已經攻佔了晚上的廣場，當夜晚來臨的時候，幾個大媽團體就會走到廣場裏，開着音樂，一直跳到九點。大約幾年前，只有少數的婦女會這樣做，但是現在，隨着經濟的發展，人們過上了好日子，因此他們開始尋找娛樂。大媽讓廣場舞變得流行，當我們晚上走出去的時候，我們可以發現她們無處不在跳舞。我覺得廣場舞對人們來說是鍛鍊的好方式，可以保持健康。

By the way, through traveling, we can meet many new friends and taste different kinds of delicious food.

首先，在辛苦工作好幾個月後，旅行可以讓我們緩解壓力。更重要的是，旅行可以讓我們獲取知識。無論我們讀過多少書籍，我們仍然能從旅行當中學到許多知識，比如：我們所遊覽地方的歷史、文化、習俗及地理等方面的知識。此外，通過旅行我們還能認識許多新朋友，品嚐到許多不一樣的美食。

While some people are not interested in traveling at all, since traveling will cost a great deal of money on transportation and accommodation, and they may feel tired after sightseeing as well.

然而有些人對旅行卻沒有多大興趣，因爲旅遊會在交通和住宿上花費大量的錢，而且他們覺得遊覽觀光後可能會很累。

As far as I’m concerned, the advantages of traveling are more than its disadvantages, so if our time and finance permit, we can travel to some nice places every year, in order to make our life more colorful and vivid.

就我而言，旅行所帶來的好處遠遠大過壞處，如果我們的時間充足及財政情況不錯時，我們可以每年都去旅遊，讓我們的生活變得更加生動而豐富起來。
