I am grateful that my parents understand me and respect my decision. I won’t let them down.

And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

什麼是健康飲食?對於大多數人來說,健康飲食就意味着多吃綠色食品,不要吃垃圾食品。綠色食品就是那些無污染、高品質和營養的食物,包括有機蔬菜和肉類、水果、雞蛋等等。健康飲食的膳食應該用更少的鹽和油製作。而垃圾食品是指那些低營養、高熱量、再加工的高鹽重油食品,例如薯條、炸雞和鹹蛋等等。這些食品會導致一個人發胖,並增加疾病的風險。爲了保持健康,我們應該保持健康飲食,拋棄垃圾食品。

The teenagers have to do enough exercises to keep healthy and growing tall. And doing physical exercises can make a people strong and lighten one up, refill the energy to study more efficiently. So, the high school students should do physical exercises. They can do some sports, such as playing football or basketball, running, swimming and so on.

衆所周知,在高中的學習任務是很繁重的。包括晚上,每天經常有超過10節課。這將會佔用9個小時用來學習,還沒有周末。放學後高中生都已經筋疲力盡了,不再想去鍛鍊身體。實際上,這不但有害健康,還不利於學習。青少年必須要做足夠的身體鍛鍊才能保持健康,繼續長身體。而身體鍛鍊能讓人強壯和放鬆,重新注入能量,讓學習更加有效率。所以,高中生應該鍛鍊身體。他們可以做些運動,例如打籃球或者踢足球、跑步、游泳等等。
