Communication iscommon and important in our daily life. All of us live with others in thesociety and no one can live cut off from it. Everyday, we must talk to others togive and get information, but how can we communicate with others? Some peopleclaim that they don’t know what to say and how to speak to others, strangers especially.I think first you should find a topic that both of you are interested in. Then,pay attention to your manners, speed, pitch, expressions and your bodylanguage. You should make others feel comfortable, so that they are willing to talkto you. Last but not the least, being a good listener. Listening to othersshows your respect to them. Only when they heard, they want to talk. So do re you talk, listening to others first.

溝通在我們的日常生活中很普遍也很重要。所有的人都要和社會裏的其他人共同生活，沒有人能夠離開溝通而生活。我們每天都要通過和別人交談來給予和獲取信息，但是我們怎樣才能與別人進行溝通呢?有的人聲稱不知道說什麼和怎樣和別人說話，尤其是對陌生人。我認爲首先應該找一個你們都感興趣的話題。然後，注意你說話的方式，語速，音調，表情和肢體語言。你應該要讓別人感覺舒服，這樣他們纔會願意和你交談。最後同樣重要的一點是你要做一個好的傾聽者。傾聽他人能夠顯示出你對他們的尊敬。只有當他們被傾聽的時候，他們纔想要交談。你也一樣。在你交談之前，先傾聽他人。
