大學畢業生愛當"哈租族"

如果說物價飛漲，什麼都“買”不起成了現狀，那麼“租”便是不得不提的另一個相關現象。而現今數目龐大的“哈租族”到底是怎樣的一羣人呢？

The "hire clan", or hazuzu, is a phrase coined in recent years. The philosophy of the hire clan's members is to spend less money, have fun and improve living standards while avoiding waste, allowing them to save for necessities. This is quite a departure from the traditional Chinese mentality of ownership。

“哈租族”是近年來出現的一個新詞。“哈租族”的觀點是，花更少的錢享樂和提高生活水平，避免浪費，以便能夠省下錢購買必需品。這與中國人傳統的所有權心理有了很大的不同。

With an average income for new university graduates of about 2,300 yuan a month - only slightly more than a migrant worker earns. The young adults of the hire clan have no choice but to follow the advice: If buying an apartment is not an option, renting is worth considering。

新畢業大學生的月平均收入大約是2300元，比民工的收入高不了多少。這種情況讓年輕的“哈租族”別無選擇，只能遵從這一建議：如果買不起房，就考慮租房吧。

But the group is renting not just flats and cars, but products that are only occasionally used - fine clothes and accessories for parties, and photographic and sports and camping equipment for holidays. This way, they can have fun and pursue a trendy lifestyle even though they cannot afford to buy these things。

不過，“哈租族”不僅租房租車，還租偶爾使用的物品，比如參加派對的華麗服飾和配飾，還有度假用的攝影、運動和露營裝備。通過這種方式，他們雖然買不起這些東西，卻仍能享樂和追求時尚的生活方式。
