南非冷知識：礦藏價值全球最高

南非這個國家是真的“家裏有礦”，礦藏價值2.5萬億美元，全球最高。

著名的南非鑽石當然不必說，除此之外南非也是全球重要的黃金生產國，全球1/5的黃金都來自南非。

同時，南非還是全球最大的鉑金生產國。

South Africa has an abundance of mines in the country, with diamonds first being discovered on the banks of the Orange River between 1866 and 1867, and the first gold in the Transvaal, in late 19Th Century. South Africa is the largest producer of platinum in the world. In 2014 it produced 110,000kg, more than four times the amount of the next biggest producer, Russia.

南非擁有豐富的礦藏，1866年至1867年在南非奧蘭治河岸邊首次發現了鑽石，而19世紀末，在德蘭士瓦河首次發現了黃金。南非是世界上最大的鉑金生產國。2014年南非的鉑金產量爲11萬公斤，是第二大鉑金生產國俄羅斯的四倍多。
