可笑!意大利一館長加班卻遭到工會指責

Italian local unions sent a letter to the culture minister complaining that the new chief of the Royal Palace of Caserta works late into the evening without notifying other employees.

近日，意大利當地工會寫信給文化部長，抱怨卡塞塔王宮的新主管每天工作到深夜，卻沒有事先通知他人。

The government appointed Mauro Felicori five months ago to revive the fortunes of the spectacular, 1,200-room Baroque palace of the Bourbon kings, which like many of the country's artistic and cultural treasures was suffering from decades of neglect and mismanagement.

意大利政府五個月之前任命莫羅·費利科裏來複興這座壯觀的、擁有1200個房間的波旁王朝的巴洛克宮殿。這座宮殿與許多國家的藝術和文化寶藏一樣，遭受了長達幾十年的忽視和管理不善。

"Such behavior puts the whole structure at risk," said the letter, published in Corriere della Sera daily on Saturday.

Italy's Prime Minister Matteo Renzi defended him and said the accusation was ridiculous, "with Felicori at the helm, visitor numbers in February 2016 were up 70% from a year earlier, while takings were up 105%," he added. "The director is simply doing his job. And we all stand by him, without fear."

The national leader of Italy's biggest labor group CGIL, Susanna Camusso, distanced herself from the complaints against Felicori. "Mistakes must be acknowledged and those unions are wrong," Camusso tweeted.

此外，意大利最大勞工組織CGIL的領導人蘇珊娜·卡姆索並沒有和那些抱怨費利科裏的人站在一起。卡姆索在推特上這樣寫道：“有錯誤必須要承認，這些工會明顯是做錯了。”
